My favorite food is Arroz con Gandules (Rice with Pigeon Peas) is typical Puerto Rican rice. It consist of ingredients if you go can go personally and select.

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 cup sofrito
• 2 cups rice
• 4 cups water
• 1 packet sazón
• 1 15-ounce can Pigeon Peas/Gandules (drained and rinsed)

• Olive oil is made by picking olives from a tree, the olive is then passed through a press machine that presses down on the olive squeezing out the oil, which is then stored in a bottle. http://www.oliveoilsource.com/making_olive_oil.htm
